Shipping Policy

At Indiura, we strive to deliver your favorite women’s fashion clothing quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sales or festive seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹50

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay connected with us for updates.

Restricted Locations

We are unable to deliver to remote and high-security areas such as military zones, PO boxes, or restricted pin codes as per courier partner limitations.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking Page.

Delays & Disclaimer

Note: While we aim to deliver your order within the mentioned timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, festive rush, strikes, or courier issues. Indiura will not be responsible for delays caused beyond our control.

Damaged / Lost Packages

If your order is damaged during transit or lost by the courier partner, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will try to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item, kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy. In most cases, return shipping is free, unless specified otherwise.

1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can update your address within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer care team.

2. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If still undelivered, the package will be returned to us.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on orders below ₹5,000 with a small convenience fee.
