Returns – Easy & Convenient
Eligibility for Return:
- Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items such as innerwear, accessories, or items marked non-returnable cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Go to [My Orders] on Indiura.com.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Select the item and choose “Return”.
- Our pickup partner will collect the product within 2-4 business days.
Note: Please ensure the product is packed securely in the original packaging.
Refunds – Fast & Transparent
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Refund Mode:
- Online payments: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account via UPI or NEFT.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Received a damaged or wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item at support@indiura.com or WhatsApp us at [your WhatsApp number].
Important Notes
- Returns may be rejected if the item doesn’t meet our return conditions.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Indiura reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
